The Four Chics Boutique Return Policy

While we hope that you LOVE everything you receive from us, we know sometime an item just doesn’t work out. Happiness is a top priority of ours and we are happy to offer a flexible return policy!

We are happy to issue a full refund credit (minus the shipping) if contacted within 7 days of receipt of an item. The item must not be worn or washed. If you miss the deadline by a day or so, do not worry, just send us a message or an email. thefourchicsboutique@gmail.com. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair, see any visible blemishes or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. We love the community we are growing at The Four Chics Boutique!

Items not allowed to be returned: jewelry, hair accessories, hand bags, sale items, hats, bralettes, and leggings.

To initiate a return, please email thefourchicsboutique@gmail.com. We will then reply to you with a return Authorization form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we need this form included in the package.
